This initial drawing above is a top down view of one of the buildings that I will create for the residential area of my island, this drawing shows where stuff will be and how the layout of the building will look like, containing all the features of a normal house like a kitchen, bathroom and lounge, since my project is of a city and I don't have alot of time to complete the project, there isn't enough time to put into the little details of the house like upstairs, which is why I have only designed the ground floor of the house.
These drawings above are of three different types of buildings that are office job buildings full of offices taking care of laws, bills, payments etc. for the island, in the top left is what looks like a magnet style building, the lines are there for the abstract look as futurism isn't all that clear to us yet therefore non of us really know how buildings are going to look like, that's why they're a little weird. this building closest with the point is just a standard tall building, with the influences of the new trade centre that was built recently, with all sides plastered with glass as that is the way futurism is heading at the moment in time.
This is quick design of a pool for a residential area, that would be the attraction and a calm place to sit and cool feelings and ease the mood of the person if stress is on their case, placing smooth dim lights around the outside gives the pool an eye catching look and makes it really stand out in the night time, with a slate design and the outside filled with dark coloured rock tiles.
This is a very quick design of a structural fixture of an awning that would be in your back garden or in a residential park that would be placed on top of a flat area with tiles or slabs which would be a place to sit to get into the shade from the sun.
This drawing above is mainly for lighting, for the residential pool, the lights i went through, would be the layout of each individual light, whether it would be 5 different square LED's or just one big LED.

Lighting

Experimenting all the lighting effects and lights that I think will look the best in my scene, being futuristic and looking into futuristic looking villages and towns, noticing that there aren't that many street lights around, but a rather large increase in the number of smaller wall and floor lights to light the way, which looks very neat and changes the mood completely to the environment, which is the reason I have decided to follow these and look into the designs and sketch some wall lights of different sizes and shapes.
